Cookie notice
How feedbloomvault.pro uses cookies and similar technologies. Last reviewed 14 August 2026.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage entries used on this site to remember your cookie preferences. Cookies may be first-party (set by feedbloomvault.pro) or third-party (set by embedded services such as Google Maps after you consent).
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories: essential, functional, and analytics. Essential cookies are required for security and basic operation. Functional cookies load embedded Google Maps when you accept them or click Load map on a map disclosure block. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregated site usage and are disabled unless you enable them.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not sell cookie data. Partner editorial scope does not include access to your cookie choices.
3. Cookie banner
On first visit you see a cookie banner with three actions in this order: Reject all, Accept all, Customise. Reject all disables functional and analytics cookies and stores your choice. Accept all enables functional and analytics cookies. Customise opens a panel where you toggle functional and analytics independently, then Save choices or Cancel.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled through the banner because the site cannot operate securely without them. You may block essential cookies through browser settings, but pages may not function correctly.
4. Cookie table
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| fbv_consent | Essential | Stores your cookie consent choice (reject, accept, or custom) | 180 days | Feed Bloom Vault |
| fbv_session | Essential | Maintains secure session integrity and CSRF protection | Session | Feed Bloom Vault |
| fbv_functional | Functional | Records functional cookie opt-in for map embed loading | 180 days | Feed Bloom Vault |
| fbv_analytics | Analytics | Records analytics opt-in when enabled by user choice | 180 days | Feed Bloom Vault |
| NID, CONSENT, and related | Functional | Google Maps embed may set third-party cookies after load | Varies | |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Aggregated visit statistics when analytics cookies enabled | Up to 24 months | Google Analytics (if enabled) |
5. Legal basis
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and applicable guidance, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are used based on legitimate interests in site security and operation. You may withdraw consent at any time using Manage cookies above or by clearing site data in your browser.
Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Withdrawing functional consent prevents automatic map loading; you may still click Load map on individual disclosure blocks if we offer that one-time load without persistent functional consent — map frames load only for that session view.
6. Google Maps embeds
Map blocks use map-disclosure pattern: no iframe loads until you accept functional cookies or click Load map. Loading Google Maps may set third-party cookies governed by Google's policies. We configure lazy loading and referrer policy to reduce unsolicited processing. See Google's privacy policy for details on their cookie use.
7. Analytics
Analytics cookies are off by default. When enabled, we collect aggregated data such as pages viewed, approximate geography at country level, device type, and referral source. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors by name. Analytics data supports reliability review — for example identifying broken URLs after a site build.
8. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent the site from remembering your preferences and may require repeated banner display. Consult your browser help documentation for instructions.

9. Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals with a separate mechanism because industry standards are inconsistent. Use our cookie banner or Manage cookies control to express preferences explicitly. Your explicit choice in the banner is the authoritative record we honour on return visits.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when cookies change, when law changes, or after site builds. Material updates revise the last reviewed date. Continued use after updates constitutes acknowledgement where consent is not separately required.
