1. Agreement

By accessing feedbloomvault.pro you agree to these terms of use ("Terms"), our Privacy policy, and our Cookie notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Feed Bloom Vault LLP ("we", "us", "our") may update these Terms by revising the last reviewed date. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

feedbloomvault.pro is an editorial website publishing evening news and desk information about the east Singapore corridor under the CORAL SHELF brand. Content is general information, not professional advice. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or emergency services. For urgent public safety matters contact appropriate authorities. 4. Editorial content

Editorial content is produced under standards described on The Katong Floor. We strive for accuracy and publish corrections on the same URL with timestamp and summary. Content may be updated, held, or removed when verification fails or legal hold applies. Historical versions of corrected articles remain annotated; we do not silently delete erroneous paragraphs.

Opinion pieces, if published, are labelled. News reporting distinguishes verified fact from attributed statement. Photographs pass caption house reconciliation. We do not guarantee completeness of coverage for any geography or topic.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You must not:

Partner scope agreements may grant additional rights in writing.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content is complete or current at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Feed Bloom Vault LLP and its partners, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the site or reliance on content, even if advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms or use of the site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for access to the site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Singapore dollars, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feed Bloom Vault LLP from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Partnership and scope agreements

Commercial editorial relationships are governed by separate written scope agreements, not by these Terms alone. Where conflict exists between a signed scope agreement and these Terms regarding partner deliverables, the scope agreement prevails for that relationship. Independence clauses in scope agreements — including editor control of headlines and hold shelf authority — survive these Terms.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Cookie use is described in the Cookie notice. By using optional functional or analytics cookies you consent as described there. Essential cookies operate without separate consent to the extent permitted by law.

14. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site for maintenance, security, or editorial reasons. We may change URL structure during site builds; broken links should be reported to [email protected]. Scheduled desk hours may vary on public holidays; footer and page statements indicate current hours.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the site, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms together with the Privacy policy, Cookie notice, and Legal imprint constitute the entire agreement between you and Feed Bloom Vault LLP regarding use of feedbloomvault.pro, except where a separate written agreement applies.
